Q: What is a Notary Public and what do they do?
A: A Notary Public is an official appointed by the state government to serve as an impartial witness. Their main job is to verify the identity of the people signing important documents and ensure they're doing it willingly, which helps deter fraud.
Q: Do we offer legal advice or document clarification?
A: No. We are not licensed attorney's and may not give legal advice or accept legal fees, per Fla. Stat. 117.05(10).
Q: Where are we located?
A: We are flexible and mobile-We are happy travel to you or meet at an location that we agreed upon in advance.
Q: Are we available for same-day, holidays, or after-hours notarizations?
A: Yes. We are happy to accommodate your needs. However, there is a $50 after-hours service fee.

A: Yes. The notary, the signer, and the credible witnesses must all be present and identified at signing.
